The 7KW model incorporates automatic control systems and is operated by a pneumatic press that ensures smooth and quiet operations. This model is well known for its extensive capacities and is widely used for processing PVC products such as inflatable products, stationeries, bags and almost all other PVC items. The automatic controlling box contains a seal timer which is directly connected with the oscillation device and a dual timer that regulates the wait time for the next pressing. These timers can be pre-adjusted according to various variables such as the condition of the materials used and strength of weld required. The two alternative platens slides smoothly left and right allowing for the preparation process to be made on both platens in turn, thereby reducing output times. This model has been specifically designed and developed for sealing of large items such as tarpaulins using the hanging type press. The conventional type welders have limitations on the size of the clearance of the working table due to the location of the press frame, ouput leads etc., however this model clears these limitations. The hanging type press of this model is either hung onto the ceiling beam or installed onto a specialised mobile stand.
The generator case which has the welding platen on it's top is completely separate from the press unit. The working area of the table is 1,200 x 1,200mm allowing for unhindered welding.
